Arbuckle Boat Rentals, Sulphur, Oklahoma Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions
Reservations	Minimum rental age is 21. Advance reservations are recommended. All deposits must be received prior to reservation. Confirmation will be made by mail or phone upon receipt of deposit.
Deposits	Boat rental must be paid by VISA or MasterCard & requires a $500 deposit that must be secured with credit card. All deposits will be returned to the customer upon return of the rental property (less the cost of the rental, gasoline and/or any damages) in clean and undamaged condition, providing all contractual terms are met.
Security	Rental fee and security deposit will be applied to the payment for any and all damage to the vehicle occurring during the period of this rental agreement. Renter WILL REMAIN LIABLE FOR THE PORTION OF ANY DAMAGE COST EXCEEDING THE DEPOSIT, including attorneys fees, expenses and costs incurred.
Gasoline	Gasoline is additional. The tanks are full when you leave. Upon return, tanks are refilled and you pay only for what has been used.
Cancellations	Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to departure with only a $20 handling charge. The cost of rental will be forfeited if reservations are cancelled less than 72 hours prior to departure. We reserve the right to cancel in the event of bad weather, high wind, or any other event at our discretion.
Late Arrivals	Boats will be held 30 minutes before being considered forfeited and therefore made available for re-rental. If arriving late, the office must be notified immediately to hold the boat more than 30 minutes. There is no prorating of rental fees for late arrivals. Return time cannot be extended beyond the originally scheduled return time unless approved prior to departure.
Late Returns	Unauthorized late returns will be charged an additional fee for each half hour that it is kept beyond the scheduled return time.
Payments	Rental payments are paid before the time of your departure by VISA or MasterCard credit card. We do not accept personal checks.
Early Returns	There will be no refunds on early returns.
